The Loyalty Mobile by LaSer application allows a company or a brand to make their loyalty programme virtual and to have a one-to-one dialogue with their customer via their smartphone.
The customer provides details of their areas of interest and their preferences, tracks the number of accumulated points in real time and has access to discount vouchers and other gift vouchers. If they decide to identify themselves when in a store, they then receive personalised offers in real time.They will also have access to interactive and personalised content via QR codes that are present on products: photos, videos, hints and tips…The customer shows their mobile at the till and earns points and benefits as they would with their “physical” loyalty cards.
